Service Advisor (SA)
Primary interface between the customer and the workshop. Prepare cost and time estimates, obtain documented customer approvals, and create Job Cards that drive workshop execution.
Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Auto / Mech Engineering, or any graduate with interest in automotive after-sales. Strong Hindi & Gujarati communication skills.
Technical Advisor (TA)
Workshop-floor technical role responsible for vehicle triaging, detailed pre-repair and post-repair inspection, road tests, and final quality certification before vehicle delivery.
Qualifications: ITI in Diesel / Automobile Mechanic, or Diploma in Auto / Mech Engineering. Willingness to work in a workshop environment including road tests.
Floor Supervisor (FS)
Operational backbone of the workshop floor. Allocate manpower and bays, manage spare parts requisition, and oversee execution of all repair jobs to quality and turnaround standards.
Qualifications: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering. Leadership aptitude and awareness of workshop safety norms.
DBM Operator
Manage Ashok Leyland's Dealer Business Management (DBM) system. Own invoice generation, billing, warranty claims, parts entries, and MIS reporting for the service team.
Qualifications: B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Computer Applications or IT. Proficiency in MS Excel. High accuracy in data entry and billing.
Spare Parts Executive
Run the day-to-day parts store at the workshop. Receive, store, and issue Ashok Leyland genuine parts and lubricants. Handle over-the-counter sales and local parts procurement.
Qualifications: ITI in any trade, Diploma in Auto / Mech Engineering, or 10th / 12th pass. Basic smartphone comfort. Hindi & Gujarati communication skills.
